Welcome to QA Battles, a gamified learning platform by The Testing Academy. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
QA Battles provides software-testing challenges, scoring, leaderboards, and learning content. Phase 1 of the Service is free. We may add paid features later; nothing free today will silently become paid.
Your account
- You must provide accurate signup information.
- One account per person. You are responsible for your account.
- Your username, level, XP, badges, and battle history are publicly visible by design.
Fair play
The leaderboards only mean something if the game is fair. The following gets accounts suspended or banned:
- Automating submissions or scraping answer keys.
- Sharing solutions to circumvent the solution-assisted flag.
- Operating multiple accounts to farm points.
- Exploiting scoring bugs instead of reporting them (ironic, we know).
Found a real vulnerability in QA Battles itself? Report it to security@thetestingacademy.com — responsible disclosure is the most on-brand thing you could possibly do here.
Content
Challenge content, solutions, and arena applications are the intellectual property of The Testing Academy. You may not republish official solutions. Bug reports you submit in-game may be used to improve challenges.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. The arena apps are deliberately broken — that's the point — and scores are for learning and bragging rights, not professional certification.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
